Return Policy
What is Upward Trend's return policy?
We always want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you aren’t, you may request that your item(s) be considered for store credit ONLY if they are returned within 10 days of the merchandise ship date. Which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. All sale items are FINAL SALE
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Email me at upwardtrendreturns@gmail.com to discuss further on exchanges.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and it’s original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase. All sale merchandise, jewelry, bodysuits, and intimates are FINAL SALE and may not be returned.
To start a return, you can contact us at upwardtrendreturns@gmail.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address within 10 days of goods delivery date. PO Box 1187 Langley SC 29834.
If you would like us to send you a prepaid shipping label, the cost of the label will be deducted from the return total once your return is processed. If you choose to use your own label you will be responsible for paying postage.
Once we receive and inspect returned items, an email confirmation will be sent notifying about approval or rejection of a refund. You will receive a store credit for the amount of the returned goods only, this does not include any shipping you paid after we receive and inspect the items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The items also will not be sent back without the customer paying shipping costs.
If an out of stock item is ordered, Upward Trend Boutique reserves the right to give a refund instead of the item ordered. Please note that an item listed as $0 is not currently available and we will be unable to fulfill that item.

SEASONAL RETURNS: During the holiday season, we will extend our 10 day return policy to January 5th, for all items purchased as a gift. Final sale items (sale items, etc.) will remain final sale as well as Christmas themed products.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for intimate items such as bodysuits or bathing suits. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Gift Cards:
We do not accept returns on gift cards.
